Brilliant Ideas

I’m a legend in my own mind.  I had two really good ideas this week, so I’m feeling pretty good about myself.

I made a “kinda” cute valentine wreath for the front door.  My door needs painting really bad, so I’m embarrassed to let you see, but here goes.

Can you see the nail hole from the former owners?  Who nails into a metal door?  Moving on.  My wreath has a foam base and is VERY light.

So, I glued magnets to scraps of felt and attached the magnetized felt to my wreath with straight pins.  As a matter of a fact, everything on my wreath is attached with straight or corsage pins.   I used three magnets and they are holding up the wreath very well.  Yeah, me!!!!

I wish I could take credit for the cute frame, but I was HEAVILY influenced by this flickr picture by Popppy from experimentl.

I need to make a quick heart pick with the items on hand.
